What do you think of when you hear the word “ambassador”?
Some of you may think of a man or a woman in formal attire representing India’s interests in foreign countries.
Some of you may think of your favourite tennis player, cricketer or footballer appearing in an ad for a car or a soft drink.
But, what if we told you that you do not need to wear formal attire, nor be a world-class athlete to be a sports ambassador?
At Sporjo we strive to create a holistic ecosystem for the development of a sports workforce.
In simpler words, we want to find, train, and place those of you in school and college that want to work in sport.
We have programs that are ready for you to learn from.
You do not need to wait until you start working to learn about the sports industry and sports business.
Guess what, though?
No matter how many reels we do, or Instagram posts we put up, most of you in school and college listen to just one source - your friends!
We at Sporjo recognise this.
And so we launched the SPORCAP program
India’s first campus sports ambassador program.
But who do we select?
There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of you that want to have a dream job in sports.
If you believe you are a go-getter who chases your dreams, you have a good mind for planning and strategy, you work until you find a solution, and you develop deep relationships and connections, then you may be the candidate for our SPORCAP program.
As a Sporjo Campus Manager you will:
a) Ideate and execute innovative activities to spread Sporjo’s word and grow our community.
b) Be the face of our company at your campus, leading Sporjo’s activities in your campus and region
c) Build relationships with friends who are interested in working in sports, and earn their trust with the help of our sales team.
d) Helps us build a community and an ecosystem to attract future Campus Ambassadors in your campus and region.
You will also get
- A free career consultation with an industry expert.
- One-on-one time with a member of our team.

SPORJO continues to go Clubhousing!
At Clubhouse, SPORJO hosts both young and experienced sports professionals.
The idea is to give sports job aspirants broad exposure to individuals who work in Indian sport.
Experienced individuals speak about how the industry has evolved from its early days.
While younger sports professionals talk about their journey from having a dream to getting a job, turning their passion into a profession.
The chats are moderated by our experienced team and seek to derive maximum value from the guest for our audience.
On January 8th, 2022, we hosted a youth development officer from the Kerala Blasters Football Club.
This officer discussed how the club strategizes for youth development programs, the talent scouting that takes place, the structure of the program, and the funnelling of talent into the first team.
Every step is crucial and is based on a scientific approach that has been used for decades by some of the best teams around the world.
