As a Recruiter, you will:

• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Sports Industry  

• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media and employees
• Have an eye for detail in screening and shortlisting resumes 
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
