At BCCPL, we are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors/users of our Website.

Through this Website, BCCPL aids prospective candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities in the sports industry by providing career counselling, mentorship, aptitude testing, recruitment and placement consulting services (“Services”). As part of its Services, BCCPL is involved in designing, developing and administering customised assessments for prospective candidates (“Assessment Tests”). Through the Website, BCCPL seeks to facilitate a platform wherein prospective candidates can register on the Website, take Assessment Tests, obtain feedback on their scores, undergo training, complete projects with organisations in the industry and apply for jobs in the sports industry. 

Your privacy is important to us and we aim for our Website to be a safe and enjoyable environment for our audience. We respect and safeguard the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") we receive and collect from you on our Website and in the course of our other interactions online.

However, you will not be able to access certain areas or the Services or take the Assessment Tests, which require prior registration on the Website and/or need you to reveal your identity and/or other information about you.

Information that we collect from you shall include but not be limited to your username, name, date of birth, age, address, email address, phone number, Aadhar Card details, experience, qualifications and work/educational experience.

In addition, we may collect demographic information such as information about your computer, hardware, software, platform, media, Internet Protocol (IP) address and connection, information about online activity such as feature usage and click paths, and other data that you may provide in surveys or online profiles. We may combine demographic information with Personal Information to tailor our offerings or web pages to your preferences or interests.

Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify you and that is not otherwise publicly available, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, an email address, phone number, place of residence or other contact information.

We may collect Personal Information from you when you register on our Website or otherwise voluntarily chose to contact us and provide such information. When you register with the Website, we will collect certain Personal Information from you in order to provide you with a user account.

Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) means such personal information, which consists of information relating to your password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records and history; biometric information, identification documents, sexual orientation and financial information (such as bank account details or credit card numbers).

Except for your account password, financial information and your Aadhar Card details or any SPI that you choose to provide as part of your profile, BCCPL does not collect any other SPI in the course of providing the services on the Website. Any SPI collected by BCCPL shall not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, save as otherwise set out in this Policy or the Terms of Use or as provided in a separate written agreement between BCCPL and you or as required by law. It is clarified that this condition shall not apply to publicly available information, including SPI, in relation to you on the Website.

However, you acknowledge that in the course of BCCPL providing you with access to the Website, BCCPL may receive SPI, either when you voluntarily choose to update your profile with information related to your identity or financial information, or from such content posted by you on the Website, and you hereby consent and agree to allow BCCPL to store and display the SPI collected in this manner on the Website and disclose it in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from children below the age of 18 years or knowingly allow such persons to use our Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child below the age of 18 years, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information and SPI, we wish to maintain accurate and current Personal Information and SPI.
